1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During high-volume periods (sales, launches, holidays), processing may take up to 7 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.


2. Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers to ensure reliable delivery, including:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL (for select international orders)

Shipping carrier selection is determined based on package size, destination, and shipping method chosen at checkout.


3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and selected shipping speed.

Estimated delivery times after processing:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination and customs processing)


4. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
  • Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress using the provided tracking link.


5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Marcia Makeda & Co is not responsible for packages that are:

  • Marked as delivered by the carrier but not received
  • Lost or delayed due to carrier issues or incorrect address entry

However, we will assist in opening a claim with the carrier when possible.
Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly for faster resolution.

To reduce issues, please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.


6. International Shipping

We ship to select international locations. Please note:

  • International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
  • Delivery times may be extended due to customs clearance delays.
  • We are not responsible for packages held or delayed by customs authorities.


7. Preorders & Backorders

Some items may be available on preorder or backorder.

  • Preorder items: Produced or reserved specifically for you and shipped once available. Estimated shipping dates will be provided on the product page.
  • Backorder items: Temporarily out of stock but will ship once inventory is replenished.
  • If your order contains both in-stock and preorder/backorder items, your order may ship in multiple shipments unless otherwise stated.
  • Estimated dates are subject to change based on production or supplier delays.


8. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
