No Refunds
All sales are final.
Marcia Makeda & Co does not offer refunds for any products purchased through our website.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only under the following conditions:
Exchange Eligibility
Items may be exchanged if:
- The item is returned within 14 days of delivery;
- The item was received damaged; or
- The item is unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery to request an exchange.
Please include:
- Your order number;
- A description of the issue; and
- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Marcia Makeda & Co reserves the right to deny exchange requests that do not include sufficient proof of damage or that are submitted after the 14-day period.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Final sale items;
- Gift cards;
- Items marked as non-returnable;
- Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items not caused during shipping.
Exchange Process
To request an exchange, please contact our customer support team before returning any item.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the approved exchange based on product availability.
Right to Refuse
Marcia Makeda & Co reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not comply with this policy or appear fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with our terms.
